About the role We’re looking for a graduate to join our Digital and Insights team – a small, expert team at the heart of how our organisation works. You’ll help us use technology, data and insights to work smarter and deliver better outcomes. You’ll get exposure to: data analytics and visualisation automation and workflow design information management cybersecurity and IT infrastructure modern workplace tools (M365, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, SharePoint and more). Because we’re a small team, you’ll also work closely with our external partners. What you’ll be doing From day one, you’ll be involved in meaningful work. This could include: working with teams to understand their needs and design digital solutions building automations and improving processes analysing data and presenting insights to support decision-making supporting good information management practices creating training and guidance to help others use digital tools effectively.
