We are seeking a motivated Graduate Digital Solutions Developer to join as soon as possible to support the design, development and ongoing improvement of digital tools that enhance business processes, data quality, and decision making. This entry level role is well suited to a recent graduate with strong analytical skills and an interest in low-code/no-code platforms, data and automation. The role involves building and supporting practical solutions using tools such as Quickbase, FastField, Power BI, Excel, and Python, while developing a solid foundation in databases, data integration, and systems thinking. Working closely with senior team members and business stakeholders, you’ll help translate operational needs into effective digital applications, dashboards, and automated workflows. This position offers hands on exposure to real world problems, structured learning and mentoring, and a clear development pathway into digital, data, or software focused roles within a consulting or delivery environment.
