QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Ecology – Our award-winning Ecology team has more than 30 years of experience undertaking ecological surveys, assessments, habitat design and creation, with a real focus on nature-based solutions. You will assist in the delivery of a range of ecological surveys, PEA’s, biodiversity strategies, biodiversity and environmental net gain design and assessment and licence applications. You will have the opportunity to work on site to supervise mitigation and construction and undertake monitoring of habitats and species.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Our graduate GROW programme is a structured 3-year programme, designed to help you evolve and develop skills to become an experienced professional in your chosen field. You’ll benefit from training and development, mentoring, and assistance for accreditations relevant to your programme, as well as the support and guidance you need to develop and succeed. As a GROW graduate you will be empowered to drive your career and will be exposed to a variety of experiences to assist you in gaining the skills you require to succeed.
As a specialist and science graduate joining GROW you will specialise from day one in your chosen discipline. Working in teams of consultants you’ll be responsible for your own deliverables, liaising with clients, and given every opportunity to build your skillsets and technical expertise. You’ll work on a range of environmental and planning projects which may include major infrastructure, urban regeneration and community focussed projects that will expose you to a variety of challenges and technical specialists.
