Step Into Teaching are on the hunt for a Graduate Educational Care Coordinator to join our Graduate Programme, supporting students with medical and mental health needs. One-on-one & small group support – Help students overcome learning barriers and build confidence.
Assisting teachers – Work alongside experienced educators to deliver engaging lessons and interventions.
Liaising with families & professionals – Be the link between students, parents, therapists, and external agencies.
Keeping things organised – From student records to timetables, you’ll help ensure everything runs smoothly.
