Job Description Graduates joining the business in a Graduate role and engaging in all elements of the ADVANCE program. The program is designed to introduce and build essential business and personal skills, helping to enhance the transition from student to professional. Graduates are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience within the field they are joining at Graduate entry level. The ADVANCE program lasts approx. 24 months but the successful completion of the program is only to be used as an indicator for strong performance in line with other indicators (strong or above performance rating etc.) Key Responsibilities Assist in the design of dry utility networks, including LV/MV power distribution, street lighting, and telecom systems. Apply design and technical knowledge to contribute to high-quality outputs within project timelines Perform work following agreed-upon budget and schedule guidelines, under supervision. Collect and analyze information from specific discipline and interdisciplinary project BIM models as needed. Utilize computer software to solve fundamental engineering problems efficiently. Coordinate with Engineers from other disciplines to ensure continuity of the design process. Participate in design progress and coordination meetings to contribute insights and updates. Verify and ensure the quality of model production by BIM/CAD teams, ensuring accuracy to design instructions. Actively seek information and opportunities to contribute, develop efficiencies, and solve problems effectively. Contributes by solving problems and applying experience or theoretical knowledge to atypical assignments. Participates in the utilities digital working group and implementation of digital tools within the design process. Qualifications Bachelor or Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from an accredited University Any software experience including MS Office package, AutoCAD, GIS, or any relevant computer programming would be beneficial.
