Responsibilities
Learning the products of the business and understanding their applications
Understanding customer value and the impact on manufacturing and supply chain
Understanding manufacturing processes and the drivers of quality, cost, safety, reliability, speed, waste, and delay
Contribute and assist with fault finding and breakdowns
Plan and conduct down day electrical jobs and factory shutdowns
Apply structured problem solving to drive continuous improvement within the plant
Apply problem solving, communication & other skills to deliver on relevant projects
Deliver all technical tasks to comply with quality, safety and project management/engineering procedures and controls to enable completion on time and within scope
Effectively contribute to the achievement of team and project goals
Carry out work in a safe manner, in accordance with Safety procedures as applicable
