Job Description We are seeking a motivated Graduate Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This site-based position offers an excellent opportunity for a UAE National to kickstart their career in electrical engineering and gain hands-on experience in various projects across the emirate. Assist in the design, installation, and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment Conduct site visits to assess electrical requirements and gather data for project planning Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement electrical solutions Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications using industry-standard software Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards Participate in project meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements Support the team in troubleshooting electrical issues and implementing corrective actions Assist in the preparation of project documentation and progress reports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university UAE National Family Book Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices Familiarity with electrical design software such as AutoCAD and ETAP Knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards Basic project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills in both written and verbal English Ability to work efficiently in a team environment Willingness to work on various sites in Dubai and potentially other emirates Internships or co-op experiences in electrical engineering are a plus Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: Site supervision
