Envision Energy is looking for a motivated BESS Graduate Engineer to join our Australian business.This is an exciting opportunity for an engineering graduate who wants exposure across BESS technology, customer solutions, technical sales, tenders and project delivery.

Working with local and global teams, you will help support the development of BESS, PV inverter and emerging energy solutions across the Australian market.

The OpportunityAs a BESS Graduate Engineer, you will work across both the technical and commercial sides of the energy storage business. We are seeking recent university graduates for these positions.

You will support customer engagement, solution development, tenders and market development while building your technical knowledge of BESS and new power system technologies.The role provides a strong foundation for future career pathways across Solutions Engineering, Technical Sales, Business Development and Project Delivery.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport market development for BESS, PV inverter and emerging energy solutions in Australia.
Build relationships with customers through meetings, industry events and project discussions.
Understand customer requirements and help develop suitable technical solutions.
Support technical proposals, tenders, presentations and contract discussions.
Work with engineering, product, commercial and project teams to support customer opportunities.
Gather customer and market feedback to support product and service improvements.
Develop knowledge of the Australian energy storage market and emerging technologies.
Support business development, customer satisfaction and project delivery objectives.

What You'll BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Power Electronics, Electrochemistry, Renewable Energy Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong interest in battery energy storage, renewable energy and new technologies.
Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong logical thinking and problem solving ability.
Curious, adaptable and willing to learn in a fast moving environment.
Proactive and results-focused approach.
Strong English communication skills.
Willingness to travel as required
Mandarin language skills would be advantageous due to regular collaboration with our HQ teams in China, but are not essential

Location: These positions can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne.
