THE ROLE

We are looking for a Graduate Engineer to join our Design Department. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent Civil or Mechanical Engineering graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves a blend of design engineering and CNC programming, supporting the development of bespoke solutions from concept through to production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work within the design team to produce 2D and 3D CAD models for manufacture.
• Translate designs into CNC machine programs, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimise designs for manufacturability.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of design and production processes.
• Support project delivery from initial concept through to final product.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant quality, safety, and engineering standards.
