Job Description We are seeking a talented Graduate Engineer – Electrical to join our dynamic engineering team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Graduate Engineer, you will work on diverse electrical engineering projects, contributing to the design, analysis, and implementation of electrical systems whilst developing your technical expertise under the guidance of experienced professionals. Assist in the design and analysis of electrical circuits and power systems using industry-standard software and tools • Conduct electrical calculations and simulations to ensure compliance with UAE electrical codes and international standards • Prepare detailed technical documentation, drawings, and reports for electrical projects • Support the installation, commissioning, and testing of electrical equipment and systems • Analyse electrical system performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and efficiency improvements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate project records and ensure all work adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations • Participate in site inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications • Contribute to the development of electrical maintenance schedules and procedures • Support the preparation of project proposals and technical specifications Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related engineering discipline • UAE National status (mandatory requirement) • Strong knowledge of electrical circuit theory and power systems • Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or MATLAB Solid understanding of electrical safety standards and UAE electrical regulations • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English • Ability to work effectively within a team environment • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in technical work 0–2 years of practical experience in electrical engineering or related field • Familiarity with renewable energy systems and sustainable electrical solutions • Knowledge of power distribution and electrical installation practices • Professional Engineer (PE) registration or active pursuit of licensure • Experience with project management tools and methodologies • Additional technical certifications or specialisations in electrical engineering Business Line: Energy and Sustainable Cities Type of contract: Permanent contract Service Line: Buildings Region: Middle East and South Asia Job Family: zz-DoNotUse-Design and Engineering Profession: zz-DoNotUse-Electrical and Mechanical
