Join AECOM's 2025 Graduate Program As a Graduate ICT Engineer, you will be part of the Smart Technologies team delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions that connect people, places, and systems. You will work alongside senior engineers and specialists to support the design and implementation of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) systems within major civil infrastructure and smart city projects across the region. This role offers hands-on learning and development across the full project lifecycle—from design through to delivery—providing exposure to multidisciplinary collaboration and cutting-edge technologies that shape the future of connected infrastructure. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and documentation of ICT systems including structured cabling, data networks, wireless communication, and unified communication systems. Support the development of drawings, schematics, and specifications in coordination with project engineers and BIM/CAD teams. Contribute to the integration of ICT systems with Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Traffic Control Systems (TCS), Security Systems, and Smart City platforms. Conduct research, data analysis, and benchmarking of emerging technologies to support design innovation. Participate in design coordination meetings with multi-disciplinary teams (mechanical, electrical, civil, and architecture). Assist with site inspections and review of ICT installations to ensure compliance with design intent and standards. Develop a strong understanding of international standards and guidelines such as TIA, ISO/IEC, and BICSI. Support documentation, report preparation, and presentations for internal and client reviews. Qualifications Minimum Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication Technology, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related discipline. 2. Candidates must be recent 2024 or 2025 graduates to be eligible for AECOM's Graduate Program. 3. Successful applicants must have achieved a minimum GPA of 2.8 (or equivalent) and above. 4.
