Responsibilities Assist in the design and analysis of engineering projects under the supervision of senior engineers Conduct site visits to gather data, assist in inspections, and support project execution Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering calculations, reports, and documentation Participate in project planning, scheduling, and resource management activities Use engineering software tools to create models and perform analyses Support the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and progress reports Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline Recent graduates or candidates with less than 2 years of experience in engineering Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices Familiarity with engineering software such as AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
