We’re looking for a Graduate Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) team and help ensure our products and processes meet the highest standards in global markets.

The primary role of Quality Assurance function is to ensure that management systems are established to enable business compliance with multiple regulatory frameworks and to support the entire lifecycle of Resmed products to meet our customer’s requirements.

THE MANAGEMENT, MAINTENANCE, AND OPTIMIZATION OF THE STRUCTURE AND INTEGRITY OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (QMS) TO ENSURE RESMED’S PRODUCTS AND PROCESSES COMPLY WITH THE REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS APPLICABLE TO MEDICAL DEVICES FOR THE MARKETS IN WHICH THEY ARE DISTRIBUTED.

  • All aspects of the audit program to ensure regulatory compliance, quality best practice, process improvements, and development of supplier quality systems.
  • Broad business technical support around QA systems and processes.

Responsibilities

LET’S TALK ABOUT RESPONSIBILITIES

As a graduate engineer in the Global QMS team, you will work across the business to help implement, maintain, and improve the Global Quality Management System (QMS). The responsibilities and activities for this role vary and present an opportunity to collaborate broadly across the business.

  • Support the management, maintenance, and optimization of the structure and integrity of the Global Quality Management Systems (QMS) to ensure compliance and alignment with applicable regulatory standards and business requirements.
  • Support in the development and maintenance of Resmed’s QMS Training program.
  • Apply critical thinking skills to help resolve issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal customers in relation to quality and business improvements.
  • Support in the consultation and collaboration with Global Business Process owners to interpret, construct and applyrobust processes into the Global QMS.
  • Review, analyse and implement opportunities for continual improvement of the Global QMS to meet business needs.
  • As needed, support internal and external QMS audits through a variety of preparation and support activities.
  • Undertake other Quality Assurance Systems support and other ad hoc activities as required, including Audits and QMS support.
