Job Description Summary Graduate Engineer trainee is responsible for providing manufacturing and/or engineering process support in accordance with documented procedures and practices. Responsible for the development, implementation, improvement, and continuous reinforcement that are utilized in the local business. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities: Develop manufacturing processes for New Product Introduction (NPI), documenting process changes, driving process / fixture improvements, driving lead and cycle time improvements, cost of quality (COQ), and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) actions. Participate & Drive LEAN initiatives for process improvements. Develop and implement process improvements to reduce costs and product cycles. Maintain the manufacturing engineering system on part routing and standards. Design necessary fixtures and tooling for manufacturing NPI’s and for process improvements. Manage multiple projects by providing scheduling, resource management, budget control and EHS compliance. Interface with vendors and internal contacts in an effective manner to ensure that the technical and EHS perspective is properly conveyed. Act as change agent, understanding and moving the operation toward world-class performance. Promote customer satisfaction and develop positive customer relationships. Participate in EHS related actions, to improve safety in own area Required Qualifications Fresh Graduates or up to One year of relevant experience.
