Job Description for GET – Hardware Job Description: Hardware design & development of rectifier product projects, creating timeline and, organizing collaborative meetings and ensuring project comply with specifications, timelines. Peer review project work for technical accuracy. Maintain knowledge of new trends, developments, technologies, materials and best practices; apply this knowledge to continually improve product line and production efficiency. Handle and solve market plus production problems. Perform other duties as assigned. Being part of Global Engineering Function, it is expected to follow the defined processes and adhere to defined communication plan. Job Specification: * Bachelor’s degree in Power/ Electronics engineering or equivalent * Interest & Knowledge of Power Components & circuitry. * Have to have a good foundation of analog and digital electronics, familiar with common circuits and have strong hands-on ability * Proactive, Result Oriented and able to think deeply and solve problems independently. * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. * Ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English. * Good Communication Skills and Strong Team Player.
