QUALIFICATIONS:

• Civil Engineering Degree or a related discipline
• 0–1 year of industry experience

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Participate in site inspections and toolbox meetings
• Supporting construction planning and scheduling
• Manage the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and Bill of Materials (BOM), ensuring systems are accurately updated and reconciled in accordance with construction progress
• Coordinating traffic management and council approvals
• Tracking project variations and completion artefacts
• Engaging in lessons learnt and innovation workshops
