Use measurement and test tools: micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, precision scales, hand tools; operate magnetic test equipment and examine samples under microscopes. Access to a lathe and a mill for qualified users (or training provided). Work safely around hoists, compressed gases, vacuum systems, and industrial ovens/high-temperature equipment. Follow good documentation practices as we progress toward ISO 9001 readiness next year, and protect company IP by adhering to confidentiality and procedures.
