Responsibilities • You can develop, learn, and work on engineering projects for one year. • You will get to know how the company operates. • Every 3–4 months, you can join a new area as a fully integrated member of the team. • Intensive professional and soft-skill trainings. • You can participate in material development and automation projects (electrical design, PLC programming, robot programming). We also count on you in the selection and specification of automated special-purpose machines. • You can take part in machine design projects. • Supporting the development of a LEAN mindset. • During business trips, besides the usual engineering activities, you will become familiar with Morgan-specific technologies and products. • You will gain insight into the world of Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and Production Support Engineering.
