Responsibilities • You can develop, learn, and work on engineering projects for one year. • You will get to know how the company operates. • Every 3–4 months, you can join a new area as a fully integrated member of the team. • Intensive professional and soft-skill trainings. • You can participate in material development and automation projects (electrical design, PLC programming, robot programming). We also count on you in the selection and specification of automated special-purpose machines. • You can take part in machine design projects. • Supporting the development of a LEAN mindset. • During business trips, besides the usual engineering activities, you will become familiar with Morgan-specific technologies and products. • You will gain insight into the world of Quality, Supply Chain, EHS, and Production Support Engineering. Qualifications • You are a recent engineering graduate (Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical) or have a maximum of 4 years of experience (BSc, MSc, PhD). • You communicate fluently in English. • You are open to innovative solutions, as Morgan is committed to continuous development. • You want to grow professionally, as participation in the technology- and product-focused corporate training program provides a strong foundation for building your career. • You see working abroad as an opportunity, not just a challenge, because we would like to work with you long-term. • At the end permanent relocation would be offered by the end of the program by Morgan • A September 2026 start date is ideal for you.
