JOB DESCRIPTION:

Virtue Talent partners with Contractors, Consultancies, EPCM’s, PMC’s, SME’s and Government Agencies to recruit talented engineers and construction professionals to deliver these city-shaping Iconic projects.

The opportunities in brief: -
1. Building Consultants: experience surveying, identifying building defects, report writing, consulting to strata, building managers, proprietors and owners of residential and commercial properties.
2. Remedial Engineer/Project Manager: engineer qualified (Civil or Structural) identifying building defects, report writing, consulting to strata, proprietors and owners of residential properties. Project Management of contractor/sub-contract works. 50% technical design in office / 50% site management.
3. Structural/Remedial Associate/Team Leader: Hands-on technical leadership role managing a team of residential structural design engineers and forensic/remedial engineers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Civil/Structural or Project Management with some design/technical experience
• 5+ years post Graduate or post Qualification with hands-on/practical experience
• Meticulous report writing
• Team player
• A people person - social and outgoing
• Excellent stakeholder and client engagement
• Familiar with Australian building codes & standards
