About the Roles - Structural and Mechanical Engineers As a Graduate Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers who will mentor and guide you as you develop your technical skills and professional judgement. You’ll assist in the design, analysis, and documentation of structural and mechanical systems across a variety of projects, gaining hands‑on experience with industry‑standard tools, engineering principles, and practical design solutions. With the support of experienced engineers, you will contribute to site inspections, prepare calculations and drawings, and learn how to translate engineering concepts into safe, efficient, and constructable outcomes. This role provides the ideal foundation for a motivated graduate to build confidence, grow their capability, and progress toward becoming a proficient and well‑rounded structural or mechanical engineer. About You Essential A degree in Engineering from a program accredited by Engineers Australia Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong documentation skills and exceptional attention to detail Highly motivated with a positive outlook and hands-on approach Desirable Exemplary academic record, demonstrating a capacity for assimilating new knowledge Familiarity using software to solve analysis problems.
