Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE

We’re excited to welcome recent Allied Health Graduates in Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology and Physiotherapy who are ready to launch their careers in a supportive and nurturing environment. These permanent positions are available full-time or part-time (minimum three days per week) at our Perth locations, including Butler, Joondalup, Osborne Park, Mirrabooka, Midland, Walliston, Maddington, Kwinana, Cockburn and Mandurah. In your first 12 months, you will receive training and mentorship from experienced clinicians, as well as guidance from past graduates who’ve walked the path before you. We’re committed to your development and success as you grow into your role and career.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to have:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in your professional are such as Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy or Physiotherapy - completed within the past 18 months
  • Professional registration/membership with AHPRA or SPA
  • A strong interest in supporting people with disabilities within the NDIS framework
  • A genuine desire to learn and a passion for helping others
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • A valid HLTAID011 First Aid Certificate (with at least 6 months validity
