INTRODUCING BRIGHT NETWORK

Bright Network is a high-growth media-technology platform that works exclusively with 1 million of the brightest graduates and undergraduates in the UK and Europe. We’re on a mission to connect our members with exceptional job opportunities, remarkable organisations, and exclusive networking events to help them get noticed in their careers. From Goldman Sachs to TikTok, Slaughter and May to Dyson, we work with the best firms; big and small, blue chip and entrepreneurial - all united by one thing - the desire to find the very best.
As we grow and scale, we’re looking for an Events Marketing Intern to join our fast-paced Events Team over the summer months to support on a number of our fantastic events!

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As an Events Marketing Intern, you’ll join a supportive and collaborative Events Team. The team has two arms, and you’ll be working directly with the Events Marketing team members on a wide range of projects & responsibilities. We’re an all-hands-on-deck team, so you’ll also get the chance to collaborate with the Event Managers and other interns to support with delivery tasks when needed.
The ideal candidate will be a university student or recent graduate looking for a full-time, fully-paid summer internship from May – September 2025 (a delayed start date of early June may be possible for the right candidate). This is a prime opportunity to get some fantastic exposure to a fast-paced events team!

Specifically, you will:

  • Support the Events Marketing team in creating digital event marketing campaigns to drive event applications
  • Assist with social media strategy and the creation and development of relevant content for the Bright Network website and social media accounts (namely Instagram and TikTok)
  • Review and proof-read digital and print marketing materials to ensure high-quality content is communicated to our members
  • Create and execute the social media strategy for upcoming events
  • Assist with end-to-end event management of our current portfolio of events, including supporting with on-the-day delivery at events
  • Assist with post-event analysis and return on investment reporting
  • Support with community management – including managing pre-event online community groups (LinkedIn and potentially a new platform TBC) and Student Leadership Boards
