JOB PURPOSE Support the design and delivery of façade systems across a variety of building projects. Assist senior consultants in developing technical documentation and detailing. Ensure façade designs meet aesthetic, performance, and compliance requirements. Assist in preparing façade engineering design reports, drawings, and specifications. Contribute to the development of engineering systems and performance strategies. Support coordination efforts with architects, engineers and consultants. Maintain organized project documentation and support technical research. QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE Degree or equivalent qualification in a civil or architecture or built environment discipline, or a related field. Knowledge in use of Architecture software is an advantage. GENERAL EXPECTANCY Show initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks. Communicate effectively with team members. Follow internal QA/QC procedures and remain open to learning and feedback. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing façade design reports, drawings, and specifications. Assist in contributing to developing and assisting with AESG parametric offering. Contribute to the development of system details and performance strategies. Support coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and material suppliers. Participate in site inspections and help monitor installation quality.
