Join our graduate scheme and gain real hands-on experience across multiple teams, working at the forefront of treasury and risk management technology.
You’ll rotate through our approachable, expert teams, gaining unparalleled exposure to the inner workings of bank treasury functions. Throughout the programme, you’ll benefit from structured training, client-facing work and the chance to contribute directly to meaningful projects.
We’re particularly keen to hear from high-calibre graduates from STEM or finance-related disciplines.

SUCCESSFUL APPLICANTS WILL DEMONSTRATE:

  • Strong problem-solving: You’ll be naturally curious and enjoy solving problems.
  • A can-do attitude: We’re looking for self-motivated individuals.
  • Play as part of a team: We’re a close-knit team.
  • Always learning: You’ll be keen to keep advancing your professional knowledge and yourself.
    What you’ll be doing:
As one of two graduate hires, you’ll each spend time rotating across two core areas of our business, Product Development and Client Experience & Implementation, switching after 12 months to ensure a well-rounded foundation.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE & IMPLEMENTATION

  • Develop a working knowledge of Bank Treasury Management with our Support and Experience team.
  • Assist clients in embedding our software effectively within their organisations.
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars on ALM, interest rate risk, liquidity, capital adequacy and treasury processes.
  • Support implementation projects, including onboarding new banks and optimising their operations.
  • Work directly with clients, occasionally on-site, to ensure maximum value from our solutions.

ANY EXPERIENCE OF THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE A BONUS:

  • Experience working with databases.
  • An understanding of quantitative finance or management accounting.
  • Experience using SQL.
Not 100% match for the role? No worries! ALMIS will support your professional development and invest in your learning journey.
