We are seeking an enthusiastic Graduate Geospatial Consultant to join our progressive Geospatial team.
You will be working with a range of data capture, analysis and visualisation technologies to support our organisation’s objectives and client challenges. With exposure to an expanding range of market sectors; you will deliver dynamic, innovative solutions to internal and external clients.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Collection, management and analysis of geospatial data
  • Creative delivery of maps, figures, dashboards and other digital outputs for use in reports and presentations
  • Collaboration with team members to delivery and expand capabilities
  • Maintaining our high standards of accuracy and integrityStaying up to date with latest geospatial/ GIS (Geographic Information Systems) trends and technology within different industries

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science or a related field with a minimum 2:1 grade
  • A solid foundation in the use of GIS software, ideally ESRI product suite with a knowledge of databases
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, creativity and with motivation for collaborative working
  • Experience of GIS application to engineering / utilities sectors
  • Programming languages e.g. SQL, Python or JavaScriptExperience with survey, geomatics and imagery data
