Since starting in Perth in 2012, CMW Geosciences has expanded to 18 offices with 300 employees across Australia and New Zealand. We are hard-working, down-to-earth, and passionate engineers and geologists who provide quality geotechnical site investigation, analysis, and design advice to the construction infrastructure and energy sectors.
As a graduate at CMW Geosciences, you’ll be treated like an industry professional from the get-go. After completing the necessary training and inductions, you’ll go out in the field to learn the practical field skills that form the basis of the technical work we do. You’ll have access to senior technical staff to guide you through the early stages of your career and fast-track your growth. You’ll be exposed to the full project lifecycle, to start to prepare you for career from day one. Unlike larger organizations, you won’t be siloed into one stream of the business or handed low-responsibility tasks for the first year. You’ll be learning technical, practical and project related skills and within 2-4 years, we expect you’ll be able to manage and run projects from start to finish.
Our Rotorua office is looking to take on a graduate starting in November 2025. You’ll be involved with a range of fieldwork duties, supporting the delivery of small to large projects throughout the Central North Island.
