• Undergo intensive training on the company’s products and technologies at headquarters, gaining insight across the full product portfolio.
• Support the sales team by providing pre-sales expertise to new and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular outreach, gathering feedback and identifying new business opportunities.
