One of the biggest highlights of this highly tailored two-year programme is the opportunity for an international rotation, alongside gaining real, hands-on experience across Reward, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Business Partnering, and other people-focused teams. In the role you will be supporting HR initiatives across the full employee lifecycle, whilst supporting and partnering closely within our business and functions. In day-to-day activities, you will develop and implement strategies and initiatives related to Reward, Recruitment, Culture, Engagement, Learning & Development, and Inclusion to support and grow our people and our business. The successful candidate will Have, or be expecting, a bachelor’s degree in human resources. Be commercially minded, numerate, and passionate about HR and leading people-focused solutions. Have a genuine thirst for learning and the flexibility to embrace new opportunities. Be a confident team player who builds connections and collaborates across teams. Analyze data, share insights, and connect the dots to see the bigger picture. Be highly proactive and take initiative. Take ownership and accountability to solve problems and make decisions.
