Your working week will predominantly be based in the Camellia Manufacturing Plant, with one day a week working from one of our NSW/ACT trade stores. Some tasks as part of this role include: Carry out risk assessments and provide advice on remedial activity Coaching and working with managers and leaders to fulfil the requirements of the HSE plan Provide functional advice and direction on HSE matters Assist and manage compliance with the Safety Management System and performance indicators Provide insights from statistical data and provide advice on remedial activity and submit monthly reporting to the National HSE Manager Participate in workplace investigations and post risk assessment activities Facilitate training on HSE matters as well as working with site safety committees and their safety related initiatives Monitor HSE compliance via audits and plans Maintain safety documentation, policies, and compliance systems About Us Knauf is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of modern insulation materials, gypsum wallboard systems, plasters and accessories, thermal insulation composite systems, floor screed, floor systems, and construction equipment and tools.
