Under the guidance of an experienced team, you will be exposed to a variety of roles contained within the Human Resources section of our business across sites and assist with a variety of personnel services. This provides our Graduates with the opportunity to develop a wide understanding of the strategic nature of Human Resources. This can include items such as recruitment, job advertisements and candidate selection, maintenance of personnel records, responding to real-world employee enquiries and concerns, developing site-wide policies and procedures, staff training and learning, and development.
