Key Accountabilities: Review the input received from Engineer and understand the scope of work and then plan work accordingly without changing design intent. Provide technical expertise in the area of all HVAC systems as a part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering conceptual design, outline design, detailed design and construction support for projects across Stantec. Liaise closely with regional stakeholders (regional project leadership), and in some instances external clients; and local RNet (Pune) team members. Produce the technical expertise for mechanical deliverables (calculations, drawings, specifications) for other business lines (Water, Oil & Gas, Mining, etc.) as required, apart from Buildings, in accordance with applicable standards and codes for the project. Ensure quality and schedule for teams work. Coordination with other Disciplines Designers and Engineers as applicable. Provide regular work status updates, including risks or concerns to Discipline Lead/Project Manager/Project Lead. Stay updated with relevant technical developments within the discipline. Attend project meetings and calls as required. Train new and less experienced mechanical engineers and designers. Undertake other duties as may be assigned from time-to-time by management.
