Description
Are you an Industrial Engineering graduate who enjoys solving complex problems, improving how work flows through teams, and applying technology and AI to deliver better outcomes for both internal teams and clients? At Cognia, we transform how legal services are delivered by combining legal expertise with process engineering, data insights, and emerging technologies. In this role, you will work on both internal initiatives and client engagements, supporting the design, analysis, and improvement of legal workflows that underpin scalable, efficient, and data-driven service delivery. You will contribute to mapping and analysing legal processes for Cognia and its clients, supporting the implementation and enablement of legal technology and AI tools, and producing reporting and insights that inform decision-making at both operational and client levels. Your work will translate complex legal and operational activity into clear process artefacts, structured data, and practical recommendations. Working closely with legal teams, delivery managers, project managers, and technology specialists, you will support real client facing engagements while also helping improve Cognia’s own internal ways of working. This role offers hands-on exposure to legal operations, legal technology, and AI-enabled service delivery, providing a strong foundation for developing future-focused skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Company Profile Cognia seamlessly extends corporates, banks and law firms’ legal capability to deliver sustainable outcomes. Cognia is a Chambers-ranked law company which integrates how legal services are provided so our team, partners, clients and communities thrive together with people at the heart of what we do.
