Integrity engineering primarily consists of: * Designing and implementing maintenance schedules to maintain equipment in good working condition. This could involve routine maintenance, repairs, and periodic replacement of components. * Data Analysis: Analysis of inspection data to assess the condition of the asset and predict potential failures. This supports maintenance and repair planning before significant problems occur. * Risk Assessment: Determining the risks associated with equipment failure and developing strategies to mitigate these risks. This includes creating risk-based inspection plans and prioritising maintenance. * That all activities are in accordance with industry standards and regulations. This includes compliance with codes like ASME, API, and others that apply to the specific industry.
