The Northern Growth Area, inclusive of Plimmerton Farms, will be an exciting opportunity for you to work on a larger development project from the beginning. An approved District plan change will see Porirua create new housing to meet rising demands.
As our Resource Consents Planner you’ll be processing resource consents in a high performing team providing strong customer focused services. You will have core knowledge of the Resource Management Act and other relevant statutes key to the role.
You’ll definitely be keen to learn more. Your top interpersonal skills help you connect with anyone and everyone, and you’ll have a genuine collaborative working style. You’ll need a commitment to continuous learning about environmental impacts and the drive to influence sustainable development.
Perhaps you’ll join us from a similar role, but you’ll definitely be eager to extend your experience further. Whatever your background, this is an opportunity to grow your skills building relationships, assist with resource consenting and providing excellent customer service.
