Programme Overview: Our 2-year Graduate IT Engineer Programme is designed for recent graduates with a passion for technology. You’ll start as a Level 1 Helpdesk Engineer, learning the fundamentals of IT support, client interaction, and troubleshooting. Through hands-on experience and mentorship, you’ll progress to Level 2 with the opportunity to specialise in Infrastructure, Networks, or Cyber Security.

• Respond to incoming support calls and manage tickets through ConnectWise.
• Deliver first-level support remotely to clients across multiple sectors.
• Assist with scheduled calls and provide overflow support during busy periods.
• Document technical solutions and update system records.
