THE ROLE

We’re seeking a graduate or experienced lawyer to join us. The role covers a broad range of migration matters, including visas, sponsorships, appeals, and tribunal work. You’ll take on real responsibility early, with guidance and support from colleagues to help you develop your skills and confidence.
This is an in-office role. No WFH, we like seeing each other every day, and you’ll find working together face-to-face makes a big difference (plus, Sydney coffee helps).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Advising clients on migration and visa matters.
• Drafting and lodging applications, submissions, and supporting documents.
• Assisting with tribunal and administrative proceedings.
• Keeping up with migration law and policy changes.
• Managing client files with care and attention to detail.
