Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

This is not a standard graduate role.
The Operations & Customer Success Executive is an elite leadership training position designed to develop you into an Operations Director or COO within 48–72 months.

From day one, you will be embedded in two critical areas of ECG:

  • Operations – learning to run the business engine that delivers excellence across all departments.
  • Customer Success – learning to manage, retain, and grow relationships with high-value clients worldwide.

You will shadow, assist, and learn directly from ECG’s senior leadership, gradually taking on department-wide responsibilities and preparing for executive decision-making.
