Job Description Our Graduate Programme is LIVE for 2026 and we are looking for eager graduates to join our innovative global company for our programme! Location: Milan; Start Date: September 2026; Duration: 12 months; Business Units: Sales & Account Management – Fuel & Telematics Our programme offers successful candidates the chance to join a dynamic and highly successful private business, on a rotational graduate programme across a range of products and departments, including: Inside Sales – Inbound – Fuel; Inside Sales – Outbound – Fuel; Inside Sales – Telematics; Account Management - Telematics You will spend at least 3 months in each area listed below. You will get hands on experience and responsibility from day one to allow you to make an impact on our business. We are committed to developing your potential and you will be encouraged to drive efficiencies, innovate processes, and collaborate with teams across the business. A director will commit to mentoring you to provide you with advice and guidance throughout the programme. You will be a brand ambassador of Radius, supporting our talent team with brand awareness attending local university job fairs and events, and being a buddy to our new graduates each year. At an operational level: You will be responsible for direct sales and account management for both our Fuel and Telematics BUs; You will gain direct experience on the phone working with customers and on targets; You will have the opportunity to take on managerial tasks – team leadership, coaching and responsibility for individual projects; In your role, you will receive constant support from local senior leaders and a UK buddy. Qualifications A minimum 2:1 degree in any subject (achieved or expected); English knowledge on intermediate level (B2) is required; Passion, ambition, and drive to succeed; Evidence of some work experience or extra-curricular activities is a plus; A creative, problem-solving mindset with the ability to innovate; Strong communication skills and confidence to present ideas to senior leadership; Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment; Additional Information Your impact on Radius will be rewarded with a competitive rewards package plus the opportunity to develop and progress your career in many directions. Responsibilities
