Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll support the Transport Manager in ensuring fleet compliance, promoting best practices, and driving operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you’ll gain exposure to all aspects of our transport operations and develop the skills needed to thrive in a logistics career.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn how our transport operations run day-to-day and master the systems we use.
  • Support compliance activities including inspections, MOTs, services, and calibrations.
  • Understand Operator License and Driver Hours Rules.
  • Gain insight into our fleet across all UK sites.
  • Prepare and raise purchase orders.
  • Assist with cost analysis and budget tracking.
  • Produce reports and support audit compliance.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal departments.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
