What You’ll Do

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you’ll rotate through key areas of the business—learning by doing and developing leadership skills every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be immersed in:

  • Sales and client acquisition through direct marketing campaigns
  • Customer experience management, ensuring satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
  • Team leadership and training as you progress through the programme
  • Strategic campaign planning and territory analysis
  • Performance tracking and reporting to optimise results

What We’re Looking For

  • A recent graduate (or final-year student) with a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Full eligibility to work in the UK
  • Available to work full-time from our Manchester office

No prior experience in marketing and sales required—we provide full training.
