Job Description Job Title: Graduate Manual Test Analyst (2025 Passout) Location: Bengaluru (Hybrid Work Model) Employment Type: Full-time Job reference code: REF652L About the Role We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Graduate Manual Test Analyst from the 2025 batch who has completed an internship or academic project related to software testing. In this role, you will work closely with the QA team to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kick-start their career in Quality Assurance and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Analyze requirements and create detailed, comprehensive test cases and test scenarios Perform manual functional, integration, regression, and UI testing Identify, document, and track defects using standard bug tracking tools Collaborate with developers, product managers, and senior QA engineers to understand features and resolve issues Participate in test planning and contribute to continuous improvements in QA processes Validate software functionality and ensure the product meets business and technical requirements Prepare test reports and maintain accurate documentation of testing activities Qualifications BE/B.Tech/BSc/BCA/MCA (2025 passout) Completed internship or academic project in software testing Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle Good knowledge of test case design techniques and basic testing concepts Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla, or equivalent) Basic knowledge of databases and ability to write simple SQL queries (preferred) Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills Strong communication and documentation skills Good to Have Exposure to basic automation concepts (Selenium, TestNG, Postman, etc.) Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies Certifications like ISTQB Foundation (optional but preferred) Additional Information By fostering a workplace that is inclusive and welcoming, we aim to harness the full potential of our diverse team.
