About the Role This is a permanent opportunity, starting with a three-year customised graduate development program. You will rotate across various specialised departments at our aluminium smelter in Portland, Victoria. Stay connected with your community, hobbies, friends & family! Our sites are all within driving distance; achieve the ultimate balance in life without having to miss out on hands-on site experiences.2 What you’ll be doing As a Graduate Manufacturing Infrastructure Support Engineer at Alcoa, you to learn, grow, and develop hands-on experience and expertise in: Management of the site computer facilities Desktop, Server, and Network hardware deployment Infrastructure support and monitoring Backup management Compliance activities Vulnerability management Hardware inventory management Software licensing You will be working on the implementation and support of Manufacturing infrastructure at Portland Aluminium. You will liaise with customers, Portland IT resources, and Global IT resources to ensure the manufacturing environment meets the requirements of Portland and conforms with Global standards. The manufacturing environment at Portland runs 24x7x365. You will be assisting with implementation of both software and hardware projects at Portland.
