We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious marketing assistant to join our marketing team. You’ll be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager’s across a number of business conferences. You must be excited about learning new things, love working to deadlines, commercially driven, have a data-driven analytical mind-set, and eager to contribute ideas to improve our marketing and processes.

• Google Analytics, Salesforce or Marketo
• Executing social media plans

• Website – website creation, website updates, SEO, setting up registration platform
• Email marketing – setting up and designing emails
• Media Partner – supports media partner and association outreach
• Social media – supporting on social media plans
• Graphic design – creating social media and website banners
• Revenue attribution tracking
• Marketing inbox management
• General marketing admin
• Support wider marketing team with ad-hoc projects
• Assist with training of new starters
