Raw Selection is a specialist executive search firm based in Leeds City Centre, working exclusively with Private Equity firms to identify and secure top-tier executive talent across Europe and North America. Our Founder, Alex Rawlings, built the firm with one clear mission – to become the leading executive search partner in Private Equity.
We’re now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Marketing Executive to support our marketing and lead generation efforts as we continue to scale. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop hands-on experience across , digital strategy, campaign execution, and content creation in a high-performing commercial environment.

What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, organised, and ready to learn. While previous experience isn’t essential, we’re looking for:
Must-Haves:
· A degree in marketing or a related subject
· Strong written English and attention to detail
· Confident using Excel for data analysis, reporting, and campaign tracking
· Interest in numbers, analytics, and uncovering insights to improve marketing results
· Comfortable learning new digital tools and technical platforms
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
· Contribute to both creative and strategic marketing initiatives
· Passion for learning technical, strategic skills alongside creative marketing approaches
Nice-to-Haves:
· Previous internship or placement in a marketing or digital role
· Familiarity with CRM tools, email platforms, or LinkedIn campaigns
· Design or content creation experience (e.g. Canva, blog writing, video clips)

Responsibilities

Working closely with our senior team, you’ll help plan, create, and execute marketing activity that drives awareness, engagement, and commercial growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Supporting demand generation campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and digital channels
· Creating and publishing engaging marketing content (written and visual)
· Assisting with campaign tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
· Assisting with marketing automation setup and management
· Helping maintain and manage our CRM and email marketing platforms
· Researching trends, competitors, and content ideas to support the wider marketing strategy
· You’ll be exposed to multiple areas of B2B marketing and play a direct role in helping the business grow its reputation and reach across an international client base.
