In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with our Alloys and Elastomer R&D teams, contributing fresh ideas to the design, development, and implementation of innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture. Operational: Assist in project design and development. Conduct research and analysis. Delivery of laboratory services to Alloys and Elastomer R&D teams. Conduct test and inspections to ensure the quality and functionality of engineering solutions. Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation. People: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Seek and act on feedback. Compliance & Accreditation: Support the teams responsible to ensure that the technology / products can meet industry standards and regulations. Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Any equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered for candidates that have the ability to perform the objectives above. Education and / or Experience: Bachelors in a Science or Engineering discipline (Materials, Metallurgy) and fewer than two years of work experience. The ability to develop engineering judgment and maturity by being exposed to a variety of work environments and task challenges. Ability to seek, accept and benefit from advice from mentors and more experienced colleagues. Proven project management skills. Clear presentation skills (using PowerPoint).
