Boss Cabins are at the forefront of technology when it comes to welfare cabins and their new products are by far the most advanced on the market in terms of energy efficiency with the use of renewable energy and software controlled energy management systems. The ongoing development of these cabins and new products coupled with significant growth and the business objective to move into new markets has opened up opportunities to join a thriving engineering department for graduate engineers.
We are looking for mechanical engineering graduates who can create and develop innovative solutions and follow them through to implementation within our products.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar.
· 3D CAD (ideally Creo but Solidworks/Inventor or similar will be suitable)
· Any experience in a previous similar role will be advantageous but not essential.

· Interpreting design briefs and providing creative solutions to design problems.
· Creating 3D models using PTC Creo.
· Creating detail drawings for manufacture for a range of parts using many different production processes.
· Taking products through the design process from conception all the way to production.
· Liaising with suppliers to source parts
· Interaction with in-house manufacturing during production to improve efficiency through better design.
· Creating and updating bills of materials in Syspro.
· Testing of products and new ideas.
· Programming CNC laser and router machines.
