Description

Rockwell are currently recruiting a Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team on a permanent & full-time basis. The initial location for this position will be Rockwell’s headquarters in Cork City.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Experience:

  • Relevant third level qualification in Mechanical / Building Services
  • Exposure of Revit/AutoCad & BIM software systems.
  • Have a positive attitude with a passion to learn & succeed, an energetic approach and an ability to take accountability.
  • Have an interest in working within the Construction industry.
  • Be comfortable in your use of Microsoft Office products.
  • Be conscientious, have attention to detail and an ability to multitask.
  • The ability to contribute comfortably as part of a team
Responsibilities
  • Work on projects in the Mission Critical, Pharma, Med Tech, Advance and Manufacturing sectors.
  • Contribute to the system and design development, coordination of building services layouts, management of drawing registers and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with client representatives, project managers, site supervisors, and our internal design team. Additionally, you’ll report directly to the Engineering Design Manager.Visit sites with colleagues to review new and existing projects.
