Bright Future.     About the role     The Evolution Asset Management Graduate Program provides hands-on experience and professional development in asset management within gold/copper mining operations. This two-year program offers exposure to various functions, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of equipment, systems, maintenance strategies, and operational effectiveness.   Key responsibilities include:   Collaborate with stakeholders to align with Evolution’s Asset Management initiatives   Understand the Asset Management Strategic Framework (People, Process, Standards, and Systems) and working alongside Group Technical Services (GTS) function   Support open-pit and underground mining operations, including mobile and fixed plant maintenance   Conduct performance analysis, risk identification, and maintenance strategy implementation   Assist Mechanical and Electrical Engineers/Technicians in field operations   Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards     About you     To be eligible for the Evolution Asset Management Graduate Program, candidates must meet the following requirements:   A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Science (Mechanical Engineering), or Engineering (Instrumentation)   Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding environment with strong coordination skill   A proactive mindset with eagerness to learn, take initiative, and think innovatively   Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills   Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and problem-solving abilities   A keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical thinking   Adaptability to change and willingness to build skills and insights   Results-driven mindset with accountability for behaviours and outcomes   Manual Driver’s License or the ability to obtain a manual driver’s license before the program begins   Commitment to Safety & Value is critical so a strong dedication to workplace health, safety, and security standards, as well as alignment with Evolution Mining’s core values   This program is designed for driven and ambitious graduates looking to build a strong foundation in asset management within the gold/copper mining industry.
