ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • BEng or MEng in Mechanical Engineering (or related discipline).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of structural mechanics, fracture mechanics, and finite element analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CAD, CAESAR II, ANSYS or ABAQUS is advantageous but not essential.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a Graduate Mechanical Engineer to join our team as a Pipe Stress Engineer. The role offers hands-on experience in stress analysis, pipeline design, and engineering assessments, with the opportunity to develop expertise in CAESAR II, FEA tools, and industry codes and standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in building and analysing pipe stress models using CAESAR II and other engineering software.
  • Support senior engineers with technical assessments, reports, and design reviews.
  • Conduct research and development relevant to the industry.
  • Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary teams on engineering projects.
  • Prepare engineering documentation, calculations, and technical drawings.
