Mentholatum UK & Ireland is a trusted name in healthcare, producing products used worldwide. Our commitment to quality and innovation underpins everything we do. We’re now looking for a Graduate Microbiologist to join our Quality team and play a key role in ensuring product safety and compliance.

As a Graduate Microbiologist, you’ll carry out microbiological analysis on final products, plant water systems, and controlled environments to support batch release and operational functions. This role offers hands-on experience in a GMP-regulated laboratory with opportunities to build your career in Quality.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Routine microbiological testing of finished products, water samples, and environmental monitoring.
• Supporting method development, validation, and equipment calibration.
• Maintaining lab stock, equipment, and cleanliness to ensure inspection readiness.
• Reporting and trending results to meet KPIs and turnaround times.
• Assisting in audits and supporting other quality functions as required.
